You join our session by clicking a link on an email.  Our telehealth portal is provided by Simple Practice and is used by therapists world-wide.  It is designed to work easily on a computer, tablet, or phone.  Find out more about our portal here.

We send you a survey of toys or games at home that we can incorporate into our lesson. About half an hour or more before the session, we email you your individual lesson plan.  If you are unsure, your first session can be provided as a test session, which is free.

During an assessment, your child’s needs for treatment will be estimated for you.  The types and number of sessions will be recommended according to your child’s needs, budget and time constraints.

Family-specific training or group workshops are available.  Specific training sessions may involve teaching you what strategies and activities to use at home to help your child’s progress. 

Consulting on your home or educational program is available.  Consulting sessions may involve discussing how best to adapt teaching to your child’s unique learning needs.  It also may involve answering your specific questions, reviewing your child’s written report, or discussing treatment planning and progress.

Fees in the office or through telehealth are the following:

• Initial phone consult: free (approx. 20 mins)
• Assessment session: $250 (90 mins, sometimes may require multiple sessions)
• Therapy visits: $135 (45 mins)
• Written report: (optional)  $135

*Note: Speech therapy fees are often covered by private health plans. We direct bill to Blue Cross.

Typically therapy visits occur in a regular time slot weekly or every other week.
